I draw doodles on everything… A couple years ago I discovered a site that made me feel like I was going to be ok— Zentangle.com – whole galleries and even directions if you want to be a doodler but you didn’t ever know how… Here are just a few of my favorites from this page… When I taught, I had all of my art classes do this exercise and kids of all ages 2 to 102 LOVE this — if you show them how to get started they will work on it forever- it is true Zen and can be done to stay calm… in a meeting… while on the phone… in class.. etc- Happy doodling~
